Private sector contracts

Mirroring our approved public sector framework status, Bluestones Medical support private sector organisations as an on contract agency within Complex Care, Mental Health, Theatres and Residential settings.

By working as a contracted agency we are able to offer complete assurance that all candidate compliance checks have been conducted rigorously with staff supplied at previously agreed rates. This reduces the need to use expensive off contract agencies whilst giving organisations the peace of mind that all staff supplied have the same level of clearances as substantive staff.

Private sector clients

Bluestones Medical has a longstanding, reputable relationship with our private sector clients and is proud to support the private healthcare sector with their temporary staffing needs.

Opportunities within this sector are diverse and plentiful with hundreds of private health providers across the UK and Wales. As well as supplying the majority of the UK’s long-term care, the private sector also provides acute services which play an important role in reducing NHS waiting lists for routine surgery.

At Bluestones Medical we have a dedicated team focused solely on meeting the requirements of our clients operating across the private sector.

By remaining aligned to our business specialisms we are able to provide temporary healthcare staff to the private sector across the following disciplines:

  • Registered General Nurses (including ICU, ITU, A&E trained and experience)
  • Registered Mental Health Nurses (including crisis, RAID, Community Mental Health)
  • Community Nursing
  • Theatre Nursing
  • Support staff (including Healthcare Assistants and Residential Support Workers
  • Allied Health Professionals

If you are a private sector organisation needing support with any staffing shortages then please do get in touch and we will be happy to discuss how we can support you.
