Bluestones Medical are an industry leading Healthcare Recruitment Business who has specialist teams in NHS Nursing, Theatres and Private Sector shifts. We offer both temporary and permanent staffing solutions for a wide range of Healthcare Professionals including ODP’s, Scrub Nurses, RGN’s, RMN’s, Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers. Bluestones Medical is going through an exceptional period of growth including the opening of new branches, most recently London in February 2019.
Due to the growth we are expanding our out of hours team to ensure the delivery of high quality care services 24/7 and 365 days a year. The role will be full 360 recruitment from screening candidates booking their interviews to placing them out to work in the appropriate setting and everything in between.
You do not need to have specific recruitment experience as training will be provided. The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

The hours are Saturday 8am – 6.30pm & Sunday 9.30am – 6pm with additional hours required to cover weekday evenings and additional weekend hours on an ad-hoc basis.
Initially full training will be needed which is at least 4 weeks training of Mon to Fri 8.30am – 5.30pm. You must be able to commit to this training period to ensure we can provide you will the tools and understanding in order for you to carry out the role. There will be ad-hoc training days during the week on an as need basis, particularly with our expansion plans and in the incorporation of new branches.
