Website Bluestones Medical

Due to increased demand for temporary staffing in private hospitals across Staffordshire, Bluestones Medical is actively recruiting for experienced orthopaedic theatre scrub practitioners, who would be interested in securing short-term and ad-hoc duties throughout the region covering Stoke, Stafford and the surrounding areas.

If you have a skill-set covering all forms of orthopaedic surgeries, primarily elective upper and lower limb replacements and joint arthroscopy, and have a flexible working attitude, Bluestones Medical would be keen to hear from you.

The ideal candidate should hold valid qualifications in nursing, or operating department practice and have at least 1 years experience within a busy, orthopaedic setting. You must also hold a valid nursing pin/registration through NMC or HCPC.

Bluestones Medical is a leading nursing agency, supplying high quality, fully compliant nurses to a large selection of NHS and private hospitals throughout the UK.

We offer all of our nursing staff:

  • Excellent rates of pay, with a variety of payment methods considered.
  • Nationwide coverage of short-term, long-term and day placements.
  • Access to nursing frameworks across the public and private sectors.
  • A quick, efficient compliance process
  • A friendly, approachable and honest consultant team with a flexible understanding of your wants and needs.

Please note, due to legislative changes with HMRC from April 2020, we will be unable to engage workers who operate and get paid through LTD companies.
