Bluestones Medical is currently recruiting a Locum Band 8a Clinical Pharmacist with ward-based experience for a hospital based in Warrington.
This locum opportunity is available on an ongoing basis, with the preference for full-time hours (Monday to Friday). However, part-time applications will be considered for the right candidate.
The role is expected to start ASAP, offering a competitive pay rate of £32 – £35 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality clinical pharmacy services within a ward-based environment
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient care
Provide clinical advice on medicines management and prescribing
Support safe and effective medication use within the hospital setting
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
GPhC registered Pharmacist
Minimum 6 months’ experience in a UK-based pharmacy setting
MPharm Degree or equivalent qualification
Postgraduate Clinical Diploma (desirable but not essential)
Previous hospital ward-based clinical experience
