About the Role
Bluestones Medical & Complex Care is currently recruiting experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses to work across a range of care homes in the Wirral and Chester areas. Key Responsibilities
Deliver high standards of nursing care to residents in care home settings
Administer medications and treatments in line with NMC guidelines
Monitor and assess residents’ health and wellbeing
Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs
Work collaboratively with care teams and other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records
Ensure safeguarding and compliance with all regulatory standards
Requirements
Valid NMC registration (RGN, RMN, or RNLD)
Previous experience in care homes or similar settings preferred
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of best practice
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
Right to work in the UK
