Locations: Liverpool, Warrington, Chester & Southport Job Type: Flexible Shifts / Locum Setting: GP Practices, Community & Primary Care Services

Rates: £15 to £20 per hour

About the Role

We are currently seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants to support clinical teams across GP surgeries and community healthcare services.

This role offers excellent flexibility and the opportunity to work within supportive healthcare teams delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Phlebotomy and venepuncture
• ECGs and NHS health checks
• Supporting clinicians with patient care
• Recording patient observations
• Stock management and equipment preparation
• Infection prevention and control procedures
• Accurate patient documentation
• Supporting safe and efficient clinical services

Requirements

• Previous HCA experience within healthcare settings
• Care Certificate or equivalent desirable
• Phlebotomy experience advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within teams
• Primary Care or GP Practice experience desirable

Shift Availability

• Flexible weekday sessions
• Community-based shifts

• Ad-hoc and ongoing rota support
