About the Role
Bluestones Medical is currently seeking dedicated and experienced Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to join our agency team for placements at Bangor Hospital. This is a fantastic opportunity for nurses looking for flexible working arrangements while delivering high-quality patient care within a supportive clinical environment.
As an RGN, you will play a key role in providing safe, compassionate, and effective care to patients across a range of wards and departments.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high standards of nursing care in accordance with NMC guidelines
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor patients’ conditions and respond promptly to clinical changes
Support patients with their physical, emotional, and psychological needs
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation
Ensure compliance with infection control, safeguarding, and hospital policies
Promote patient dignity, privacy, and wellbeing at all times
Requirements
Valid NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (Adult)
Minimum 6 months recent UK nursing experience
Right to work in the UK
Strong clinical skills and sound professional judgement
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to different clinical environments
Commitment to delivering outstanding patient care
Pay Rates
💷 Competitive hourly rates from £17.00 to £34.00 per hour, depending on shift type, location, and experience.
