As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paediatric Nurse to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and empathetic Paediatric Nurse who is passionate about providing high-quality care to children. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a range of paediatric conditions, be highly attentive to the needs of both the patient and their family, and work well in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to paediatric patients, including administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.

Educate and support families, offering guidance on treatment plans, home care, and managing chronic conditions.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to hospital policies.

Participate in the development and implementation of care plans tailored to individual patient needs.

Respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations, demonstrating excellent clinical judgement.

Contribute to a positive and supportive environment, fostering a sense of comfort and security for both patients and their families.

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a current license to practice.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in paediatric nursing.

Strong understanding of paediatric healthcare practices and child development.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with children and their families.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with grace.

BLS/CPR certification is required; PALS certification is preferred.
