We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team caring for young people across North Wales. The successful candidate will be crucial in supporting and empowering young people through various challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support to young people aged 13-18
Assess individual needs and adhere to personalised care plans
Collaborate with staff, social services, and other relevant organisations.
Organise and facilitate educational and recreational activities
Offer guidance on issues such as education, employment, health, and relationships
Maintain accurate records and write reports on young people’s progress
Advocate for young people’s rights and represent their interests
Identify and report any safeguarding concerns
We offer a mixture of long days, long day sleeps and waking night shifts available for you to choose from. We are a 24/7 care provider for young people across North Wales and the Northwest.
