About the Opportunity

A Central London-based primary care service is seeking an experienced ARTP-accredited Spirometry Technician to support its respiratory testing provision on a flexible, ad-hoc basis.

This is a bank/locum-style opportunity, ideal for clinicians looking to supplement existing work with occasional, structured clinic sessions.

Following service review and patient feedback, the clinic model has been redesigned to allow longer appointment times and a more measured clinical pace, improving both patient experience and testing quality.

Sessions are scheduled in advance wherever possible, with occasional short-notice cover required for annual leave or sickness.

Must strictly adhere to ARTP standards and protocols
8-hour clinic day structure
Testing-focused delivery within a primary care environment
Independent clinical working required during sessions
Ad-hoc / bank arrangement (no fixed rota or guaranteed hours)
Flexibility for occasional short-notice clinic cover
Strong emphasis on patient experience over volume or speed
