About the Role
Bluestones Medical are looking for support workers to promote individuals in regaining their independence following illness, injury, or hospital discharge, enabling them to live safely and confidently in their own homes. Are you that person ready to make a difference?
Key Responsibilities
- Assist service users with daily living activities such as personal care, dressing, and mobility.
- Support individuals in achieving their reablement goals and promoting independence.
- Provide emotional support and companionship.
- Follow care plans and report progress or concerns to senior staff.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for service users.
Essential Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
- Access to a reliable vehicle for work purposes.
- Right to work in the UK.
- A caring, patient, and empathetic nature.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.

- Previous experience in a care, support, or healthcare role.
