Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Clinical Care: Provide comprehensive medical care to patients, including assessment, investigation, and management of patients in Emergency, Surgical, or Medical specialties.
- Rota Commitment: Participate in a full shift pattern, including nights, weekends, and on-call duties.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely patient records, including electronic discharge summaries, to meet trust standards.
- Multidisciplinary Teamwork: Collaborate with consultants, registrars, nursing teams, and allied health professionals.
- Audit and Governance: Participate in clinical audits, report incidents/near misses, and follow safety protocols.
